Fits to existing bar feed stand & swing bracket.
Will accept & feed up to 13ft - 2" bar.
Hand operated switches are mounted at the front of the bar feed.
When bar length has been used & pusher is fully extended, the machine program ends its cycle & pusher retracts ready to reload new bar.
The bar feed switches off when bar end is reached, collet is opened, bar feed is not in position or emergency stop button is operated.
Pusher advances with variable air pressure to suit bar size.
The electrics module is housed in the box at the rear end of the bar feed.

Pneumatic bar feeder with control cabinet / bar swing platforms which are both free standing, height adjustable & would be bolted to the floor.
Bar size to your requirements, i.e. maximum capacity of your machine, bar feed length etc. & also insert which simply slides into bar feeder to take smaller capacity work.
